dual-stack APN w/ 464XLAT
Hi,

This is for mobile operators mainly. Let's assume that a single APN is
available. Let's also assume that a small number of subscribers' devices
do not support IPv6 at all. The idea is to deploy a kind of a dual-stack
APN, where the device gets IPv4 if IPv6 is not supported and IPv6-only
(464XLAT) if IPv6 is supported.

Does that make sense? Would it work?

Cheers

You should configure a single APN that allows v4, v6 and v4v6 PDP types.

That will work, done many times, last week tested in an operator in Tonga actually.

Note that testing with iOS is tricky unless you use the Configurator or work with the Apple liaison.

Jordi
