foundry BI 4000 hot swap?
Does anyone know for certain if line cards (specifically a B8G) are hot
swapable or hot insertable on a BI4000 with 2 B8GMR2s? Will it cause the
manager cards to fail and bgp sessions to reset?

If you disable/bring down the module correctly there shouldnt be any
problem to hotswap it.

No problem, too. Foundry's were made for hotswap, like almost any other
(switching) router out there.

You should make sure that you weren't using Jetcore line cards in your B8G.
