12.5 - nasty feature ?
Look here:

Slot-1 SummitStack-GZE.9 # configure ports 1:19,1:20 auto off speed 1000
duplex full
Error: Speed change is not allowed on port 1:19 as it is a Trunk member
port.
Configuration failed on backup MSM, command execution aborted!

Slot-1 SummitStack-GZE.10 # configure ports 1:19-20 auto off speed 1000
duplex full
Error: Speed change is not allowed on port 1:19 as it is a Trunk member
port.
Configuration failed on backup MSM, command execution aborted!

I have a configuration where FDX, auto OFF must be configured on trunk
ports (then I have ADVA STM-16-to-2xGE MUX), they already were
configured this way, but after an upgrade something wrong happened.

I can't set it up...

Is it some feature or bug ?
Switch - X650

Regards,
Marcin

Hi Marcin,

This is probably an issue with LACP, change your Load-Sharing config to a
static LAG.

Regards, Fabian.

I have no LACP on that link... There is some modyfication between 12.4
and 12.5 series ?

Marcin

But you still have a LAG, right?

All ports of a LAG should be at the same Speed/Duplex, did you look at it?

Don't know if there is some changes from 12.4 to 12.5.

Fabian.
