Mitko,
since oplocking is a normal feature and saves cpu/network cycles i do not
want to disable oplocks.
If there is a bug i want to fix that. But its a good hint to investigate
further.

Try to turn off oplocks on the filer, that should propably do it. Some other
things to try if that dosen´t work is to disable antivirus scanning on the
clients. But first thing would be the oplocks disable.

At the moment we have each day some clients NT4 / W2K that are freezing
during normal work. Traces on the network show, that one of the last things
they made was accessing the Filer and having a lot of retransmits.
Does anybody has made similiar experience?
