DNS fingerprint plugin and fpdns
Hi there, I was wondering (related to plugin #11951), if it included
some of the things that are implemented in 'fpdns', available at:
http://www.rfc.se/fpdns/

I just read about this tool (wasn't aware of it) following the
inormation of a survey related to DNS (mis-)configurations [1] [2]

Just wondering....

Javi

Based on the list of queries sent in fpdns.pl the answer is no. The
queries sent in ftp_fingerprint.nasl are based on
http://cr.yp.to/surveys/dns1.html

Yes, I knew that the plugin was based on the Cr.yp.to document. I was
wondering if somebody was working on improving it based on fpdns'
fingerprints.
