After recent MS annoncments, I created these plugins to test them.

Note: even if microsoft web site says that win2k and XP hotfixes change a
../updates/XP(x)/ registry entry, and fail to mention that they also
update the HLKM/Software/Microsoft/windows NT/CurrentVersion/Hotfixes
registries, it appears on every system that I have checked that they do

And, it only takes a local users rights to read the hotfixes registries,
and takes admin username/privs to read the updates registries.

If anyone has information to the contrary, please let me know before
editing these plugins.

Changing these to require admin privlesges will force security
administrator to pass an administrative username and password in plain
text through his network.


Attached, they need an 'official' plugin id before you run them, check
with CVS later.
