OK, it does not work on the AMD64.
I have built nessus on a dual processor ATHLON and a single processor Opteron.
It runs OK on the Athlon. On the Opteron, it sometimes completes but there
is nothing on the report. Other times it appears to go into a loop (100%
cpu) after doing the port scan.
The report side seems OK in that I can take a report generated (and saved as
NBE) on the Athlon and display it on the Opteron.
I will report more when I have more information.
