Audio adjust on MythTV startup?

I would like my Audio settings to remain at maximum when starting MythTV.
But when I start it, the master volume drops to 70% Is ther a workaround
or a place to stop this? Or am I on crack, and Myth is not doing it?

setup->general, and adjust the audio settings there.
