INSTALL_ROOT in Makefile

Hi,

I am trying to create rpms for RedHat and would like to set the
INSTALL_ROOT in the Makefile in order to install the target files in a
temporary directory before building the rpm.

Ho can I specify where the files will be installed?

The only ones I found for RedHat contain version 0.8.
