I finally got MythTV up and running my Mandrake box! So far so good... it
looks VERY good.
Only two questions though:
1) My RCA serial cable (DB9-to-RJ11) looks ok, but the windows utility
("DirecTV Serial Control Utility") reports timeouts after every operation.
Is this normal? Also, will MythTV support the "new command set" in the new
RCA receivers?
2) How can I clear out my MythTV channel database? I loaded it twice, and
now mythfilldatabase (or whatever its called) goes through but then errors
towards the end.
