I have a PCTV Pro card I got awhile back, and have it working pretty
well with the audio running from the external output into my soundcard.
However, I see on the PCI bus that the machine detects a sound-in card
as part of the tuner, and I was wondering if anyone knew how to activate
it? (I have no experience with multiple sound cards in linux, so
anything might help).

99.99% sure that it's not going to work. The MSP isn't wired
correctly. Gerd Knorr over at bytesex.org can't get his to work
either, so I doubt that it's going to be possible.
