I read a lots of you are using ogle to play dvd inside mythtv. I was unable
to start ogle in fullscreen mode and I have to press f everytime I start a
dvd, very annoying...

Is there an option to start ogle in fullscreen mode?

Yes, you just have to edit ogle's configuration file.
