In CVS, this is handled transparently through the multiple
frontend-backend config. If you're talking about seperate boxes that
aren't sharing a database, then you would need to move the file
through ftp or something like that, and then run the
mythrebuilddatabase.pl script in contrib to get the file added to the
database.
