Translation stats updated - please update links on trac/wiki

Having fallen a bit behind, I've just regenerated the translation
stats for master and 0.24. I have renamed the root dir for the
development version stats from 'trunk' to 'master', to better reflect
the move to git. The best default starting point therefore is now:

http://www.insidethex.co.uk/mythtv/translation-status/master/

Each page of stats should also now have links to all other versions -
one issue before was that the older release stats did not always have
links to the newer 0.24 release.

Please report any other breakages I have missed :)

I've just updated the MythTV wiki translation page [1] to point to
this URL for the master branch - could a dev with suitable access
please update the link on the http://code.mythtv.org/trac page to
point to the above link?
