Add user agent capability to HttpComms::postHttp().
In the mythtv-rec2 branch this is used by the OCUR recorder which uses
UPnP calls which fail if the User agent string is incorrect. This is
being merged now because it is safe and will reduce the size of the
remainder of the mythtv-rec2 changeset for easier review.
