Unused files in libavcodec dir
Here's a list of files that aren't compiled in the libavcodec directory.
Should they be removed from the distribution?

ac3dec.c
apiexample.c
avcodec.c
dct-test.c
fdctref.c
fft-test.c
motion_test.c
mp3lameaudio.c
oggvorbis.c

Also, it seems like the other codecs from libavcodec (h263i, etc) work
when you set them in settings.txt. How useful are they to keep in
there? If the data format is already non-standard for the recorded
video files, and everybody uses either mpeg4 or rtjpeg, it doesn't seem
like that code will ever be used. If it's never used, it should be
removed from the distribution.

It's quite a bit easier for me to stay updated with ffmpeg if I keep changes
in there to a minimum. It's just some additional space used, doesn't hurt
anything.
