Buglet: cut file not being deleted when .nuv file is deleted from menu?

If memory serves, I believe I remember seeing the .txt file left in
the video directory even after I finished watching the program and
deleted it.

Don't have access to my box, so I'm not sure if this is still the
case.

Fixed this last night, it'll be in my next commit.
