Fix typo in CommercialSkipEverywhere setting; only call AutoCommercialSkip()
if no cutlist exists; turn off pause OSD if paused when entering edit mode;
don't add duplicate cut points when using 'Z' to copy commercial break list
to cutlist in edit mode; and add current frame number display to edit mode.
