Log Message:
Sets the 'aggressiveness' variable to be read out of the database (WeatherAggressiveLvl). This variable
determines how quickly MythWeather will attempt to re-resolve/connect to the dns server or the weather
source. The default is 1, however with slower DNS server or slower connection this number may need to be
increased. MythWeather will suggest when to change this variable (perhaps in the future it will change it
for you).
