Create a PathSetting for choosing pathnames
Allow access to Setting via byName, rather than just its value
Add StringSelectSetting::clearSelections(), and a signal selectionAdded()
Create TriggeredConfigurationGroup as a generalization of the technique used in
the recordingprofile codec settings, to swap a stack of settings based on the
value of another
