As of today apache_1.3.15 builds all standard modules on win32 to look
like the unix ones (e.g. mod_status.so). pretty sweet - i suggest we do
the same for mod perl (mod_perl.so as apposed to ApacheModulePerl.dll)
to keep consistent with the httpd guys.

I will propose a patch this evening for this, any objections?
