Some customers at a very low percentage when add an item in the basket,
appears the page /etc/interact.html

error.log:

Difficulty interacting with browser: quantities

I checked the Cookies configuration,

and the [form-session-id] tag is included
in the form and all seems ok



Any clues, please?
