I am having trouble with the install. Please read the email below.

Have you seen this before?
I think it installs the perl lib mods in the directory with =
interchange however when perl looks for them it tries the default server =
lib folder.
However im not sure.

If you're referring to Akopia Interchange, I'd suggest you reinstall =
it. As the package comes standard with the makecat programm.
