Subject: Keyservers

Dear Mr.Koch

I could not connect to any of key servers that you had recommended
(http://wwwkeys.ch.pgp.net/), I also tried to connect to that server
through a powerful T1 connection , but I always get "connection refused"
error message.
Would you please tell me what the problem is in a brief ? Is there any
other good key server ?

Also I have a question:
I think I have to sign (or lsign) all of my imported keys before using
them. Is this true ? (because of TRUST... error message).

Thanks,
Mohammad

Yes, that's true. Actually, the maintainer of the key server has a
problem with the domain ch.pgp.net. But she's in progress to switch to
a new domain.

Instead you can use the inofficial addresses of the server:
pgp@tik2.ethz.ch
http://www.tik.ee.ethz.ch/~pgp/

Please have a look at <http://pgp.rivertown.net/>, there you will find
lots of key servers.

No, it is not necessary. If you hate the TRUST... error message, then
you can lsign the keys the avoid the message.

Cheers,
Thomas
