Is their an anynomous CVS deal that one can use to grab the latest source
that hasn't been released as a version? I am wanting to get the fix
that allows you to do a save after the admin command.

Sure, but I think it is better to get the snapshot. Try

$ rsync ftp.guug.de::

> that allows you to do a save after the admin command.
