No sound with Rhythmbox

Hi,

I have just installed Gnome 2.8 and Rhythmbox 0.8.7, everytime i wan't tp play a song i get this message:
Could not create audio output element; check your settings

I can play my music with xmms true the alsa 1.2.10 output plugin.

what must i do to have sound in Rhythmbox ?

Computer Dell Latitude D505 with a intel sound chip.
Alsa into kernel, alsa-utils alsa-lib alsa-tools

If you are using rhythmbox with gstreamer (the +gstreamer use flag),
run 'gstreamer-properties' and make sure the proper output plugin is
set.
