I know that gentoo somewhere has a list of files not to update - and to treat
as config files. How can I modify this list? Defaults are files
in /etc, /usr/kde/3.2/share, etc...)
I'd like to add a file so that when I update, it is cfgpro'd instead of just
overwritten...
