I have an issue showing up on a U60, Creator 3d. When I log out of X or
VT switch, X will become unresponsive. It seems at first that the
machine has hardlocked, but further inspection (eg ssh) shows the box is
active, but the X process itself is using 100% of one processor.
When I kill X, the box does then hardlock. The only configuration I've
been able to put together that avoids this issue is to use a 2.6 kernel
with OBP console as default for terminal output.
Any ideas? The OBP console is nice and all, but I feel like I'm on a
Commodore BBS ..
