[gentoo-hardened] Hardenedphp problem?

Hello.

I install apache + php with hardened patch. When i enter index.php in
browser
i get this error message in apache error.log:

[error] [client 192.168.0.1] ALERT - linked list canary was overwritten
(attacker '192.168.0.1', file '/var/www/localhost/htdocs/index.php')

I install this configuration on 2 servers. On first server everything works
fine, but on second server i get error above. Where is problem?
