Mailing List Archive: package to keywords

Hi,

Could you:
keyword ~ppc (or ppc): net-misc/rdiff-backup-0.12.7
and remove keyword ~ppc from: librsync-0.9.6

Version 0.13.4 that is already ~ppc is considered a development version
by upstream and the 0.12.x is their stable one.

librsync-0.9.6 has some issue on ppc that were showing up when running
rdiff-backup. The issue has been fixed in librsync-0.9.7.
