booting prob and kernel prob
Hi,
This morning I sorted that prob, I booted onto the live cd, created
/mnt/boot. Mounted /dev/sda2 on it and created a symbolic link between
my kernel and vmlinux. It booted! Now the system complains I have not
got devfs support in the kernel. Should I mount / and /boot and rebuild
the kernel as before or is there a simpler way?

Re: booting prob and kernel prob [ In reply to ]
yes you need to re-compile the kernel and add in devfs support on bootup.
