The attached patch is needed when building qt 3 with gcc 4.6.0 so
ptrdiff_t is recognised. I presume it was pulled in by the STL
headers before.
This doesn't just affect the build, but also any packages which use
the Qt3 headers (e.g. avahi and poppler in the kde-sunset overlay).
