Glossary to explain Forrest/Cocoon terminology

I enhanced the Glossary [1] to define some more
Forrest and Cocoon terminology.

If anyone can think of any more obscure terms, then please
say so here on the user list. We will define them and add
to the Glossary. Alternatively come to the dev list and help.

This is great stuff David. Good to see the Glossary plugin being used
at last. It is amazing to think I hacked this against 0.5 and it is
only against 0.9 that it is in a state to be used by the community.
Thanks to you and Gav for turning my hacks into a proper plugin in
use.
