pid log selector

patch to exim source, spec file and exigrep utility.
It's tested here for several weeks now.
Would be great if it could find it's way into the main source.

Is there some other easy way to track the instance of the process during
the full lifetime (tcp connect --> tcp disconnect)?

I have committed this patch to CVS, along with additional patches to update
eximstats and eximon so that they will also work when +pid is set.
