If you're running on a machine running an OS that can support Ethereal -
or Wireshark, as per the comment - and that supports a GPRS card as a
network adapter, it'll probably have a PPP link for the GPRS connection,
so if the OS can capture on that PPP link, you should be able to capture
data packets at that level.

Capturing packets at a level below that isn't supported by
libpcap/WinPcap, which is what Wireshark (and Ethereal) use to capture
traffic.
