I ahve just one more question :

Has anyone used drbd for mirroring database devices ???

Specifically Sybase ????

Hi!
I use it for MySQL with ReiserFS
No problem for me.

Yep, we run postgresql 7.1 - and it runs fine. OK, we'd only a
few intentional forced hard downs on the database node.
