If/when this is done, please keep in mind the ability to reconfig
the pop3/imap daemons without killing all current connections. Right
now when you -HUP to reload, the parent daemon kills all children.
Perhaps Paul's dynamic server stuff has some flags to make this
easy, eg. flag each child to terminate after the current session is
finished, and spawn new processes with the new config parameters.
