I've attached a tarball with two patches for build.sh and install-dbmail.sh.
The first makes build.sh try to determine build options from pg_config or mysql_config, if possible.
The second makes install-build.sh look for chown in /usr/sbin as well as /sbin - On FreeBSD (maybe others) it's path is /usr/sbin/chown.
BTW, is this the best way to get these committed, or is there another address to submit patches?
