I played with the Makefile.am a little bit... here's the goods :-)
Perhaps the sources in the COMMON, SERVER and DELIVER variables should be put
into directories by those names? If so, then we can build convenience
libraries and *_LDADD them on a per-directory basis rather than listing each file.
