After upgrading, dbmail can no longer connect to mysql over a unix
socket. When `dbmail-adduser s` runs from the init script, I get the
following error.

Dec 3 09:30:31 safron dbmail/adduser[7801]: dbmysql.c,db_connect: mysql_real_connect failed: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '' (111)

dbmail-innodb-tables.mysql.gz needs to be updated with the
shared_mailbox and shared_mailbox_access tables.

The latest version does seem quite a bit faster. I guess the speedup is
a result of Alex Wheeler's patch?

Due to missing fields in dbmail.conf. Await the new packages.
