Summary: LMTP daemon does not close client socket on timeout
Description:
If the client does not say anything the LMTPd repeats a "221 Connection
timeout BYE" message every minute but does not actually end the session. I
would expect the socket to be forced closed.

I've fixed this. Timsieved was also affected.
