when using the "hide_older_than"-parameter in 0.9.9 older events are not
displayed, which is correct. But recurring events that were to happen in
the past for the first time are also hidden. Thus, recurring events are
not useable with the "hide_older_than" option. We also filed a
bug-report on sourceforge on that topic including a (partial) solution.
