Hello,

for the use of davical in your companie my CIO patched some lines in the
drivers_ldap.php. By the way we use Apple OpenDirectory.

In one point the LDAP Group Error message was wrong.
The other added lines fix some issues with empty fields or multiple
group membership and correct a mixed up fullname/displayname.
