ICD agent remote
I have IPCC Express 3.1(2) up and running. I'm going to put an agent at
a remote site. Current setup looks like this:

Central site ---- remote site.

Connection from central to remote is a Frame Relay T1 with two PVCs.
One 1024k running voice and one 512k for data. All QoS is already
setup. All users at the remote site are running G729. via CM 3.3.4. I
setup a new location/region for this same location as G711 for the
agent. If I understand correctly I should be able to load the agent at
the remote location, right? What are the network resources that are
needed? The agent seems to be timing out before it can log him in. Am
I running out of bandwidth?

TIA

RE: ICD agent remote [ In reply to ]
Disregard, it was a configuration issue not a bandwidth issue.
