Good Morning List-



I know that there are people out there that have there call ques and
agents updated real-time on there 7940/60s. Is there anyone willing to
show me how to do that?



Basically, what I want to see on my IP Phone is:



Que 1 --> Total waiting

Que 1 --> Agents logged in (would be nice to see which agents are logged
in)

Que 2 --> Total Waiting

Que 2 --> Agents logged in (would be nice to see which agents are logged
in)
