IPCC options
OK. I have IPCC working all nice; Calls coming in, and taken by agents.

Now the agents and supervisors want a real time look at how many people
are in the que, and how many agents are logged in. It would also be
nice to know which agents are logged in and maybe even the phone numbers
of the people in the que. BUT I don't want to get them access to the
IPCC server. Or at the very least, access to changing anything. What
is everyone else doing? How do I export that information in the Real
time reporting to another web server to make it accessible to everyone?
Or better yet place the info on the phones via xml?

Thanks In Advance.

Scott,

We have Supervisor Desktop installed on a few Floor Manager stations so they
can view stats. They can also monitor agents, send text messeges to agents,
and barge in on calls. Do you have licenses for Supervisor Desktop?
