I was wondering if there was anyway to provide a user with "Supervisor"
privelages to have access to the Real-Time Reporting stats on the IPCC
Appadmin webpage? By default you must be an "Administrator" to view this
page. Reason I ask is because the call floor would like access to the
Reat-Time Reporting page to view que stats. Unfortunately I do not trust
the employees in operations to have complete access to the Appadmin pages as
they can cause some major problems.
If this is not possible, are there any plugins or any other locations that
someone can view call statistics other than using Supervisor Desktop?
