Anyone on CallManager 4.0 ?
Is anyone using CallManager 4.0 in their production network? Has anyone
actually received the CallManager 4.0 CDs? I placed an order for the
upgrade CDs earlier this month, but I'm told they are on backorder. We
gained a higher interest in a possible upgrade sooner than expected
after reading that Cisco has Video Telephony available for less than
$200 per user.

Here's the article on Video Telephony from Cisco using CallManager 4.0

The CCM 4.0(1) cd's are on New Product Hold (NPH) within Cisco. There are
certain tools and appplication that have not been updated to work with CCM
4.0. Please work with your Cisco Account team to complete the NPH form.
This will determine if you need functionality that is not yet provided in
4.0. If you do not need it, then the CD's will be shipped. This is a
controlled release to try to make sure things go right this time.
