Calls going straight to V-Mail
Weird problem from the receptionist.

She is getting some calls routed straight to v-mail.

Background: she has a 6 line 7960 setup to forward line 1 to line 2,
line 2 to line 3, etc. etc. all lines forward to the next on busy until
the last one forwards to v-mail. All forward to v-mail if not answered.


Unity is set to ring extension of transfer.

If I were going to take a guess, I would say that maybe two calls are
coming in at the same time and somehow get routed to v-mail rather then
routing to the phone.

Has anyone seen this before. CM is 3.3.3. I'm not seeing any bugs, but
maybe I'm not looking in the right place.
