manual "busy' isdn channels
Although i tried both

isdn service b_channel 3 state 2

and

isdn busy b_channel 3

under S0:15 on an AS5300, i still get the following:

%ISDN-6-CHAN_UNAVAILABLE: Interface Se0:15 Requested Channel 3 is not available

Does it mean that the telco doesn't understand my isdn signals and keeps on sending calls
on the specified channel?

Is there a better way to do this?

Yes, we are receiving calls for this B-channel.

Only to mess with the logging, it appears. See CSCdw91826.

You might open a case with TAC and have it linked to this bug; it may
help to expedite it's being fixed.
